Reformer Mix is Sage’s version of an Equipment class. Our equipment classes provide instruction utilizing springboards, straps, boxes, towers, jump board, and props like magic rings, weighted rings, bands, and in some cases - weights. Each knowledgeable instructor brings their own creativity to each formatted Mix class.
Suitable for everybody, and every body - however if you are a first-timer, and would feel more prepared coming to your first group class, book a Solo session first. Grippy socks required.
Jump
Get ready to have to some fun + sweat in Sage's Pilates Reformer Jump board workouts! Jump board is a low impact workout that will get your heart rate up, strengthen the legs and glutes and leave you dripping in sweat. Do you have showers? No, we do have changing rooms and bath rooms, but we would prefer you take your shower at home.
Do you have mat and mat towel rentals? Yes, we have both! $3 mat and $2 towel.
Do you have a parking lot? No, we are located in urban areas. There are paid lots, metered parking, some free side streets, and parking garages.
Do you welcome late arrivals? No, studio doors lock on-time and no later arrivals are permitted.
Can I share my classpacks with someone? No, classpacks are non-transferable.
What is the practice space like? It is VERY dark, with no mirrors, and our class playlists are turned up LOUD.
